Orbis has partnered with Ramakrishna Mission Dehradun to provide monthly CSR support for essential medicines at Vivekananda Netralaya.

Eye drops, antibiotics, and vitamins are distributed free of cost to underprivileged patients for pre- and post-operative care. Medicines are provided at campsite clinics in Rudraprayag, Guptkashi, Augustmuni, Chamoli, Karnaprayag, Budhana, Ruhana, Jansath, and at the base hospital. This initiative ensures continuous access to vital eye care for underserved communities.
Impact:
A total of 15,655 surgeries were conducted, with 67% provided free to underserved patients. Over 30,000 attended OPDs, and 6,700 individuals received free medicines. The initiative ensured critical healthcare access for senior citizens, the poor, and marginalized groups, greatly improving health outcomes and reducing the burden of medical expenses.
