Employee Engagement Activity at ADAPT
The Aqua Therapy Pool at ADAPT was inaugurated on 4th February Bandra, Mumbai by Shri Shyam Agrawal ji (Managing Director, Orbis) . Shri Upendra Dutt Tripathi ji (President – Business Development, Strategy & Head of Human Resources) and around 15 enthusiastic employees from Orbis participated in this special and engaging initiative.

The inauguration became deeply meaningful with the gracious presence of Dr. Mithu Alur, recipient of the Padma Shri and several other prestigious awards, who shared a heartfelt address on inclusion and dignity for persons with disabilities. The guests were warmly welcomed by her daughter, Ms. Malini Chib, whose confidence and strength beautifully reflected the spirit of empowerment that ADAPT stands for. Their presence truly inspired the Orbis team.
The employees also witnessed a live demonstration of aqua therapy, where a therapist gently worked with a child in the pool. Observing the therapy session helped everyone understand the patience, skill, and compassion required in supporting children and adults with special needs.
The engagement was not only informative but also deeply moving. It strengthened awareness, sensitivity, and empathy among the employees, reinforcing Orbis’ commitment to inclusion and meaningful CSR initiatives that create lasting impact.
