Women & Youth Employability
Orbis has partnered with Smile India Trust to empower marginalized communities through skill-based training for livelihoods and women’s empowerment. The initiative aims to create sustainable change by equipping individuals with practical skills, resources, and confidence to break the cycle of poverty, by addressing unemployment.

This project focuses on building employability skills among underprivileged youth, especially women and adolescent girls from low-income households, slums, and school dropout backgrounds. The program has prepared 122 beneficiaries for opportunities in the BPO sector and beyond through industry-relevant training, knowledge support, and certifications.
